Add Agile as an Accountant in QBO
In order for the Agile team to have access to your Quickbooks Online account, we need to be added as an Accountant User.
To add an Accountant User with Firm ID:
Navigate to Settings > Manage Users
Select the Accountants tab > Invite
- Add Agile using our Firm ID: 9130349120253796
That's it! We should receive an invite to join your QBO account as an accountant once the above steps are complete and can get things moving 🥳
If you are unable to add Agile as an accountant using our Firm ID, please use the following steps
Please use admin@agilebk.com when inviting Agile to systems such as QBO
To add an Accountant User by Email:
Navigate to Settings > Manage Users
Select the Accountants tab > Invite
Add Agile (admin@agilebk.com)
That's it! We should receive an invite to join your QBO account as an accountant once the above steps are complete and can get things moving 🥳
FYI: Adding Agile will not count against your normal user count but you may be limited to having 2 or 3 Accountant users
