Add Agile as a CRA Representative
If you don't have an existing My Business Account with the CRA, you will first need to register your business. Here is a link to another article with guidance of how to complete this process: Register for CRA My Account and My Business Account
If you are already registered to My Business Account
If you are already registered to My Business Account, you can access your authorized representatives in My Business Account under the Profile section of your account.
Authorize Agile as your representative:
Navigate to the “Profile” section of your account
From the profile under “Authorized representatives”, select “Manage authorized representatives”.
You can add Agile as a representative by selecting “Authorize a representative”
- Select “Authorize a representative”
- Enter Agile’s GroupID ( GPW7L8 ) and click Next.
Choose Level 2 authorization (update and view), and leave the expiry date blank. Authorization can be cancelled at any time.
Select”all accounts” to authorize Agile on all accounts so we are able to help out as needed. If you don’t wish to provide access to all accounts, please ensure that Agile at least has access to your GST and Payroll accounts.
- Click “Next” - you’re done and should receive a confirmation email that Agile is now authorized!
