Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have:

Administrator access to your PayPal Business account.

Your PayPal login credentials.

Multi-user access enabled (available in PayPal Business accounts only).
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Log In to PayPal

Visit PayPal.com and log into your Business Account.
2. Navigate to Account Settings

Click the gear icon ⚙️ (top-right corner).

Select Account Settings from the dropdown.
3. Access User Management

In the left sidebar, click Account access (under “Business Profile”).

Find the Manage Users section and click Update or Manage Users.
4. Add a New User

Click Add User.

Fill in the user details:

Name: Agile BK
-
Email Address: Use the special format:
admin+YOURCOMPANY@agilebk.com
🔁 ReplaceYOURCOMPANYwith your business name or a short identifier.
Example: If your company is “Beacon Consulting,” use:
admin+beacon@agilebk.com

5. Set User Role and Permissions

Choose Custom Role or Predefined Role based on your needs.

For Agile, we recommend enabling the following permissions:

✔️ View balance and transactions
-
✔️ Generate and view reports
-
✔️ Manage invoices
-
❌ Do not enable Send Money or Make Payments (Agile doesn’t require fund access)

⚠️ Note: Agile will only use access to view and manage financial data strictly for bookkeeping and advisory purposes.
We do not share, sell, or otherwise disclose any client data with third parties, and we never use your account to initiate transactions or make changes outside the scope of agreed-upon services.
6. Confirm and Send Invitation

Review the user role and permissions.

Click Send Invitation.

Agile will receive an email invitation to access your PayPal Business account.
