What is Dext?
Dext is a document collection platform that lets you easily send financial paperwork to Agile BK. From there, our bookkeepers extract, categorize, and publish the data directly into your accounting software (like QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
Step 1: Accept Your Dext Invitation
- You’ll receive an invitation email from Dext.
- Click the link in the email to set up your account (it takes just a few minutes).
- Use your email and chosen password to log in at app.dext.com.
Can’t find the email? Check your spam or junk folder.
Step 2: Submit Your Documents
You can send us receipts, invoices, bills, and statements using any of these easy methods:
Mobile App
- Download the Dext Prepare app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Log in and tap “Add a Document” to snap a picture and send it.
- You’ll get a unique Dext email address (like yourcompany@dext.cc).
- Simply forward your documents to that address — no need to log in.
Web Upload

Log in at app.dext.com, click “Add Documents”, and drag/drop your files.
Step 3: That’s It! We’ll Handle the Rest
Once your documents are submitted:
- Agile's team will review, organize, and publish them to your accounting system.
