Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure you have:
- Administrator access to your Dayforce account.
- Your unique Dayforce login credentials.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Log In to Dayforce
- Navigate to the Dayforce Login Page and log in with your credentials.
2. Access System Admin
- In the top navigation bar, click on System Admin.
3. Create a New Role
- Navigate to Roles and click on Add.
- Enter a descriptive name for the role (e.g., Agile_Admin).
- Assign the necessary permissions for payroll processing and reporting.
- Save the new role.
4. Add a New User
- Navigate to Users and click on Add.

Enter the following details:
- First Name: Agile
- Last Name: BK
- Email Address: Use the format admin+YOURCOMPANY@agilebk.com

Example: If your company is โBeacon Consulting,โ use:
admin+beacon@agilebk.com
5. Assign the Role to the User
- Under the user's profile, assign the role you created in Step 3.
6. Set Up Login Credentials
- Create a temporary password for Agile.
- Agile will be prompted to change this password upon first login.
7. Finalize and Send Invitation
- Review all the information entered.
- Click Save to send an invitation to Agile.
- Agile will receive an email with instructions to activate their account and set up their access.
